I am an in-house attorney for ZS Associates, Inc., a sales and marketing consulting firm primarily servicing the pharmaceutical industry. I obtained a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2018, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Tufts University in 2014.. I draft and negotiate long-term Master Services/Consulting Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, and other business and client-facing agreements for ZS. I also respond to day-to-day legal questions from our project teams, and help in analzying and mitigating risk for our client-facing work.. Outside of the practice of law, I love to cook and expand my culinary abilities by dabbling in various cuisines around the world, and enjoy playing guitar and piano in my free time. Before joining Leinenweber Baroni & Daffada LLC, Mr. Bonaguro began a law practice focusing on civil litigation, real estate, probate, divorce and criminal matters.
