Before joining the Sullivan Law Group, I worked at the Skagit County Prosecutor's Office for over a decade.  Since passing the bar in 2006. I worked as a full time attorney handling all aspects of prosecution from infractions, to all types of misdemeanor and felony cases, to felony appeals.  I have tried over fifty cases to verdict.  My first trial as a defense lawyer was for a client charged with DUI and Reckless Driving: it resulted in an aquittal on all counts.

Attorney Rico Tessandore has represented clients in superior and district courts throughout the state of Washington.  His trial experience includes personal injury cases, civil and criminal cases. In his legal career, Mr. Tessandore has handled over 2000 cases to resolution. After graduating from law school in 1998, Rico served as a law clerk to the presiding judge of Snohomish County Superior Court.  Thereafter he worked for the Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office where he was nominated for Attorney of the Year.  Following his work at the Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Tessandore moved into the civil arena working for the law firm of Hollenbeck Lancaster Miller and Andrews.  He now puts this unique knowledge to work for individuals and families.

As a woman and as a member of the LGBT community, I believe all people should be treated fairly and equally regardless of minority status, and understand the unique issues facing members of the LGBT community.  I have a passion for Juvenile Law and over five years experience in both delinquency and dependency proceedings.. In 2012 I worked for the Washington United for Marriage campaign, successfully defending Washington State’s Marriage Equality law at the ballot box.  While I am excited about winning this crucial civil right, I recognize we still have work to do to achieve equality.. I presented at the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association’s annual Juvenile Law seminar in 2009 and 2011 and my run for the Oregon State Senate was fueled by my dissatisfaction with the juvenile and criminal justice systems.. As your lawyer I will work hard to find the strategy or legal issue that has the potential to help you with your case.  I pride myself on persuasive and creative arguments even in cases where the law doesn’t seem to support my client’s position.. Andrew Dimmock has practiced law in the State of Washington since 1987. For the last twenty years he has worked exclusively in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation.. Regarding personal injury law, Andrew began as an attorney for car insurance companies. He started as a staff attorney for Allstate and then created the in-house legal department for Progressive for the State of Washington. Andrew now devotes his practice to injured people. His background of working on the insurance side is a tremendous asset in understanding how insurance companies operate and value claims.. Regarding workers’ compensation claims with Washington’s Department of Labor and Industries, Andrew has represented over a thousand different injured workers. He and his team at Dimmock Law Group aggressively pursue all the benefits owed their injured worker clients. Andrew has successfully handled numerous appeals to the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and Superior Court resulting in many reversals of orders of the Department of Labor and Industries.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Greg Marshall grew up outside Portland, Oregon, and graduated from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, in 1985.  He attended Seattle University School of Law (formerly University of Puget Sound School of Law), where he served as a Research & Technical Editor for the Law Review and published an article, In re Schuoler:  The Right to Refuse Schock Treatment, before graduating in the top quarter of his class in 1988.. After clerking for the late Honorable Edward P. Reed at Division II of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Greg entered private practice as an associate attorney with an insurance defense firm in Seattle.  Within a year, he left the firm and opened his own solo practice. With the exception of a two-year partnership, he has continued with his solo practice up to today.. Greg has handled a variety of cases covering a number of different areas of the law, but his current practice focuses almost exclusively on personal injury and medical malpractice cases.  He works hard to maximize his clients' recovery--both physically and financially.  He utilizes the support of an experienced paralegal but has always been committed to making himself personally available to his clients.. Concerned for the success and welfare of his community at large, Greg has contributed by representing indigent clients pro bono, volunteering at legal clinics, and helping at food banks..
