Andrew Dimmock has practiced law in the State of Washington since 1987. For the last twenty years he has worked exclusively in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation.. Regarding personal injury law, Andrew began as an attorney for car insurance companies. He started as a staff attorney for Allstate and then created the in-house legal department for Progressive for the State of Washington. Andrew now devotes his practice to injured people. His background of working on the insurance side is a tremendous asset in understanding how insurance companies operate and value claims.. Regarding workers’ compensation claims with Washington’s Department of Labor and Industries, Andrew has represented over a thousand different injured workers. He and his team at Dimmock Law Group aggressively pursue all the benefits owed their injured worker clients. Andrew has successfully handled numerous appeals to the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and Superior Court resulting in many reversals of orders of the Department of Labor and Industries.
