I then attended and ran cross country at Montana State University-Billings where I became three time Academic All-American. I graduated in 2005 with a B.S. in Education. I then went on to teach in Opheim, Big Fork, and Troy, Montana. I entered The Uneversity of Montana School of Law in the fall of 2010 where I focused my studies on ensuring I had the knowledge and practical skills needed to fully fight for my clients. I graduated in 2013 and was barred in the state of Montana in the fall of 2013. I have been actively practing in my own law practice since April of 2014.. In May of 2015 I joined the Office of the State Public Defender in Hamilton, MT. I represented client in all range of matters including felony, misdemeanor, and dependency and neglect cases. I have experence repesenting clients in sex cases, violent crime cases, driving under the influence, possession of drugs, and property crimes.. At the the begining of 2019 I joined Bitterroot Law, where I am taking my years of experence into other areas of practice. I represent people in family law matters including divorce, parenting issues, adoptions and guardianships. I also help people plan for the future by helping them through the estate planning process by writing wills, trusts, power of attorney, and living wills.
