She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from UNC-Chapel Hill and her Master’s of Science in Government from Campbell University. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, is a member of the Executive Committee of the Cumberland County Bar Association and a member of the 12th Judicial District Bar Association.
