Kim Hann has been in the legal profession for over 25 years. Her practice areas include real estate; probate and trust administration and litigation; estate planning; asset protection; and business law.  Kim began working with Attorney Everett Holum in Tacoma, Washington in 1996, first joining the practice as a Paralegal.   After successfully completing the Washington State Bar Association APR 6 Law Clerk Program in 2010, Kim passed the Washington State Bar exam in 2011.  In 2013 Kim became a Partner of the newly-renamed firm of Holum & Hann, P.S.  In 2016 Kim set up her own solo practice. When she is not practicing law you’ll often find this Washington State native and her golden retriever Chase enjoying a trek outside.

I love working in Tacoma. My great great grandparents were loggers here in Tacoma, having come to Tacoma by way of Pysht (near Port Angeles), Michigan, and Scotland and Ireland. The county-city building in Tacoma sits on the site of my great grandfather Waters store "Waters The Grocer" open in the 1880's. Every day I walk on the ground my great grandfather walked more than a century ago. I feel privileged working in Tacoma assisting the elderly and their children.

Heather L. Crawford has extensive experience in litigation related to will contests, vulnerable adults, guardianships, trusts and probate.
