After his clerkship, Alex began working as an Associate Attorney with Theisen & Associates, LLC. Alex primarily focused his practice in the areas of labor & employment (on behalf of employers in some cases and employees in others), personal injury, business litigation, and other general litigation matters.. In the Summer of 2018, Alex accepted a job offer to become the Associate General Counsel at Fort Wayne Metals Research Products Corp, advising the company on a variety of issues including Labor and Employment issues, contracts and outside litigation strategies, among other areas..
