This includes a variety of business disputes such as construction and contract litigation, accounting malpractice, bankruptcy fraud, corporate dissolution litigation, non-competition agreement disputes, false advertising suits, unfair competition litigation, and other civil litigation matters. His experience includes class actions and cases involving workers compensation trusts, intellectual property, defamation, product liability and personal injury.. He has also defended banks in lender liability suits and provided loan workout services to banks in connection with large commercial loans.

Amanda Wyzykiewicz currently focuses her practice in our firm’s Corporate & Business Law department. Ms. Wyzykiewicz obtained a B.S. from University at Buffalo’s Business Administration Registered Accounting Program in 2002. While in law school at University at Buffalo, she interned at the Buffalo office of the IRS.  After graduating with her J.D. in 2005, and prior to joining HoganWillig, Ms. Wyzykiewicz worked as a staff attorney at a large multinational firm in Washington D.C. where her practice focused on electronic discovery.
