Sarah Springer began her career in law in 1980 after earning her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. In her many years of practice, Sarah has worked as a litigator, mediator, and judge. She served as the state district judge in Mississippi where she covered family law and probate cases, as well as juvenile crime cases. After this, she moved to Katy, Texas and continued to dedicate to herself to clients as a skilled family law attorney – with her experience behind the bench serving as a valuable resource for her clients.. Sarah practices all aspects of family law, including divorce, high-asset divorce, child custody, domestic violence issues, divorce modification, termination of parental rights, adoptions, pre- and post-marital agreements, and more. Mr. Behlmann has been an attorney for over 30 years.  The focus of his practice is estate planning, elder law, wealth preservation and family business counseling.. Mr. Behlmann is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a member of the Texas Bar College and is on the Fidelity Investments Attorney Access List.. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder law Attorneys and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.  In these organizations  he works with over 100 law firms around the country, allowing him to stay current on state and local laws related to planning for assets and operations outside of Texas..
