In that capacity, he co-piloted several missions in the KC-130 Hercules, and was stationed in Okinawa, Japan for four years. After the Marine Corps, Mr. Graves worked as a financial planner and ran his own business, which evaluated the risks and merits of plaintiffs' lawsuits, evaluating over 2,000 different personal injury cases and over 300 commercial cases.  In evaluating plaintiffs' cases, Mr. Graves has provided expert testimony to the  IRS arbitration pilot program.. I was born and raised in Alaska. After high school I served in the United States Navy on active duty from 2000-2004. I was assigned to USS Comstock (LSD 45), where I completed three deployments overseas in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. I was honorably discharged after completing my enlistment. After the military I attended New Mexico State University, graduating with Honors in 2007. I attended law school at the University of New Mexico School of Law in Albuquerque, New Mexico where I was an editor of the New Mexico Law Review and President of the Federalist Society. Throughout law school I worked at the law firm of Guebert Bruckner PC where I focused on defense side litigation. In 2011 I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where I worked as an insurance defense litigator before founding the  law firm of Connor & Connor PLLC with my wife and law partner, Amanda N. Connor Esq. Our primary practice areas are business and corporate law, civil litigation, land use and medical marijuana business licensing.

I am a trial attorney with extensive experience in taking cases from the initial pleading stage, through discovery and trial.  I have been in front of 15 juries---for 12 of those cases I was the lead attorney.  That experience has made me very effective and efficient in recognizing risks for litigation in many areas of the law.  I understand which discovery and trial preparation activities are a good investment of time and resources and I recognize the appropriate time to discuss settlement.  I have taken many personal injury defense matters to trial for companies such as AIG and Farmers and ranging from breach of contract to professional liability and many things in between..
