Harvey B. Morris is a lifelong Alabamian who has been practicing law in Huntsville since getting his law degree and passing the Alabama State Bar in 1966.. Born in Athens, Alabama, Morris graduated from Decatur High School, and was the first person in his family to get a high-school degree. Morris excelled in the classroom but also made his mark on the football field and received a scholarship from the University of Alabama, where he played under legendary Coach Bear Bryant..
