David Lucas is well founded in technology and legal strategy, blending his operational experience with legal advice on intellectual property, international trade and complex litigation. David has experience in a wide variety of technologies and strategic legal matters, much of which was accumulated as general counsel for Intergraph Corporation, a multinational technology company. He is credited with Intergraph’s global intellectual property licensing and litigation strategy, which resulted in the recovery of $1 billion from patent enforcement actions against Intel, Dell, HP, IBM, Texas Instruments and others.
