For more 30 years I have spent every day relentlessly fighting and winning cases for my clients. No matter how tough. No matter the facts. My record speaks for itself. More than 90% of my clients avoid a conviction! That's an incredible record. Whether it's a murder charge, a rape charge, an assault, robbery or drug charge, I use my experience as a former cop, my training in forensics, and my two decades as a criminal defense lawyer to break apart the prosecution's case and win for my clients. I use tactics I've developed and the results have been proven time and time again. No lawyer can guarantee a result, and your case is unique, but you deserve a lawyer who will fight to win your case, care about you, be accessible to you, and do everything within the law to get that not guilty verdict! If your lawyer says you have to plead guilty, maybe you have the wrong lawyer! Required by Alabama law: These recoveries and testimonials are not an indication of future results. Every case is different, and regardless of what friends, family, or other individuals may say about what a case is worth, each case must be evaluated on its own facts and circumstances as they apply to the law. The valuation of a case depends on the facts, the injuries, the jurisdiction, the venue, the witnesses, the parties, and the testimony, among other factors. Furthermore,no representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the services of other lawyers.
