Ms. McClimon also represented HOAs and land owners in several administrative hearings before the Texas Railroad Commission and helped in negotiating and drafting mineral leases that were favorable to land owners.. Since relocating to Bastrop County where her husband was born and raised, Ms. McClimon began to focus her practice on family law, estate planning, and probate matters.
