Keegan Tinney is a lifelong resident of Joplin, MO. A 2011 graduate of Joplin High School and 2015 graduate of Missouri Southern State University (MSSU), Keegan received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in December 2017. Keegan studied political science at MSSU, where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity, a Southern Ambassador, and was team captain of the university’s Mock Trial team. Additionally, Keegan completed two legislative internships with Missouri Senate Majority Leader, Ron Richard, during his undergraduate career.. Keegan continued his interest in Mock Trial competition at UMKC’s School of Law. He was awarded Top Advocate at the Stetson Law School Mock Trial competition, coached two UMKC Mock Trial teams, and was a semi-finalist in the American Bar Association National Criminal Justice competition. Jennifer Hosp was born in Aurora, Colorado. After graduating from high school, Ms. Hosp attended Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri, where she majored in International Business and Spanish. She studied abroad during the summer of 2011 in Ecuador and during the summer of 2013 in China. She graduated cum laude in December of 2013. In 2015, Ms. Hosp moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas to study law at the University of Arkansas School of Law. She excelled in her studies, joining the Arkansas Law Review and National Appellate Advocacy Competition moot court team.. During law school, Ms. Hosp served as President of the Women’s Law Student Association for two years. She also competed in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition as a brief writer for two consecutive years. During the 2016-2017 academic year, her team won the Best Brief award at the regional competition in Washington, D.C. The following year, her team was one of four from the New York regional competition that advanced to the national competition in Washington, D.C. Additionally, Ms. Hosp served as the Symposium Editor for the Arkansas Law Review for the 2017-2018 academic year. In May of 2018, Ms. Hosp graduated cum laude and received the M. Jeff Starling Award – Labor and Employment Law and the W.B. Putnam American Inn of Court Pupil Award.. I began my career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Jasper County, Missouri.  As an A.P.A. I learned valuable information and and insight on how the court process works, how the prosecutor's office handles cases, and great trial experience.  After leaving the Prosecutor's office, I went into private practice.  I have handled a very large volume of criminal matters.  I have represented clients charged with the most serious of felonies, all kinds of misdemeanors, and even minor city ordinance violations.  On a daily basis, I answer client phone calls, represent clients in court, get warrants withdrawn, help clients get their license reinstated, and give counsel regarding their current problems.  In addition, I help clients that have been involved in auto accidents.  I ensure that clients are justly compensated by insurance companies for their injuries and damages. I take pride in my work and do my best to promptly respond to client phone calls and questions.

Bryan was raised in North Texas, graduated from the University of North Texas with his BS in education, and later graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with his Juris Doctorate.  He also received his LLM in Tax Law from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.

Brad Bishop graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 1991. He attended law school at the University of Oklahoma, where he served as an assistant editor for the Oklahoma Law Review. Brad graduated in the top 5% of his law school class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif, one of the highest honors a law school graduate can receive. Brad and his wife Jill live in Joplin with their children, Brady, Ben, Grace, and Ella. They attend Forest Park Baptist Church, where he is a deacon, Sunday School teacher, and AWANA game time leader. Brad also serves on the Board of Directors of Life Choices Medical Clinic and Resource Center. He enjoys golf, tennis, coaching his children’s various sports, and spending time with his family.
