Born and raised a Missourian, she graduated from Westminster College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business emphasizing Finance. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2005. While clerking for the Honorable Robert L. Trout, an Associate Circuit Judge in Jackson County, she gained experience with landlord-tenant matters, collection suits, small claims matters, county ordinance violations, and civil trials. She left the clerkship in 2007 to practice bankruptcy law at a small law firm in Kansas City. In 2011, in an effort to have more flexible working hours, she, like many of her clients, opened her own business where she currently practices business law, debtor/creditor rights, and bankruptcy law.. Noah D. Ballard lives in Kansas City, Missouri with his wife, Ashley, their two small children, William and Drew, and their beloved dog, Bleu. My name is David Murdick and I was born and raised in Independence, Missouri. I graduated from Fort Osage High School and then enlisted in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force, I completed five deployments to various locations throughout the Middle East and Europe. After almost 10 years in the Air Force, I went to work in the private sector for Castle Metals in Wichita, Kansas.  I then decided to come back home to attend law school at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law.. I enjoy golfing, riding my bike and reading. My wife, Valerie, and I have three children, including twin girls and reside in Blue Springs, Missouri.

My career path began in 1987 when I opened my own legal practice in Kansas City, Kansas. I came into contact and aided people with a variety of legal issues from all walks of life.
