As part of the AGAC, Mr. Grissom contributed to the Attorney General’s efforts to reform the federal criminal justice system through the Smart on Crime initiative and was involved in formulating responses to the myriad of policy and administrative issues that confront the D.O.J. every day. As a result of his service on AGAC, Mr. Grissom was asked by the Brennan Center at New York University Law School to be part of a Blue Ribbon Panel on redefining federal prosecution priorities. This Blue Ribbon Panel, which included a small number of current and former U.S. Attorneys, as well as former high ranking department officials, public defenders and academics examined how shifting federal prosecutorial priorities can reduce violent crime while also addressing the issue of over-incarceration which culminated in the September, 2014 release of a report entitled Federal Prosecution for the 21st Century.. Since opening Grissom Miller Law Firm, LLC, he has focused on personal injury, employment discrimination claims as well as claims against employers who fail to pay overtime.

Jorden gained experience in business negotiation working on international projects for IKEA, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club and various suppliers. He has practical business knowledge in logistics, inventory software, product development, sourcing, sales, and marketing.  Having studied law in Barbados, Ireland and in the United States, these experiences have influenced his ability to understand people with diverse views and objectives. Ben Fields is licensed in California, Missouri, and Kansas and has dedicated his practice to representing the victims of defective products and corporate misconduct.  Ben spent the majority of his law school years and his first five years as a practicing attorney working at a Kansas City based firm with a national defective products practice where he exclusively represented people injured, and the families of those who had been killed, by defective products and other negligent conduct. In January, 2011 Ben formed the Fields Law Firm with that same focus, also with a national practice based in the Kansas City metro area.. Now with a location also in San Francisco, Ben continues the same specialized practice he has focused on his entire career. and has extensive experience in cases involving defects in a wide range of products, including: cars, trucks, child safety seats, commercial trucks, escalators, industrial equipment, chemicals, and consumer products for home use. Prior to law school, Andrew worked as an executive and legislative assistant in the office of U.S. Representative Dennis Moore in Washington, D.C. and was a law clerk in the Missouri Attorney General's office in the Criminal Appellate Division.. Andrew primarily practices commercial litigation, concentrating on startup businesses and partnership disputes.  Andrew also has experience in wage & hour and personal injury cases.  Andrew's litigation experience covers state and federal courts throughout the United States..
