Over the years I have had extensive experience in construction, business, commercial, real estate and zoning matters as well as litigation in all of these areas. However, over the last 25 years my practice has focused the majority of my time in Construction, primarily representing Architectural and Engineering Firms. My representation encompasses business and risk management, insurance issues, contracts, tort litigation and general counsel.. I am licensed in Kansas and Missouri before the State and Federal Bars, as well as the 10th Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.. I currently serve (2012) as President-Elect of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, a professional association with nearly 5000 members.. I am a native of the Kansas City area and have been active in civic affairs for decades serving in numerous capacities on Boards and Task Forces as. an appointed memeber..
