Max attended Wyoming Seminary up until the 10th grade and then continued his education at Lake-Lehman High School. He played soccer and basketball throughout most of his middle-school and high-school education. Max stayed in NEPA for college, attending the University of Scranton, where he held an officer position in the Pre-Law Society and graduated summa cum laude. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science, he went on to attend Brooklyn Law School where he was selected to join the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society.Max was admitted to practice law by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on August 30, 2019.
