I served my community for almost seven years as a Magistrate Clerk in Knox County General Sessions. During my service, I learned many procedures, interepretations, and case law when dealing with criminal matters. Knox County Magistrates held probable cause hearings for search warrants and arrest warrants, arraignments for individuals in jail, and set bond for those individuals.
