My mission as an attorney is to provide meaningful and informed representation to a wide range of clients. During my career, I’ve been employed in the legal field in East Tennessee in various roles. Prior to joining G. Keith Alley, P.C., I served as General Counsel for Lincoln Memorial University where I provided counsel to University administrators for a wide range of legal issues, advised on federal and state regulatory compliance, and drafted and reviewed over 2000 contracts annually. The areas of the law I most enjoy practicing include contracts, corporate compliance, education, employment issues, and litigation. I strive to provide quality and goal-oriented legal services in a manner that is individually tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. My experience has taught me the value of effective client communication and that clients benefit from having direct access to their attorney without filtering communication through law firm support staff.
