Mr. Stokes was born in Cherry Pointe, North Carolina on January 4, 1977. Mr. Stokes moved to Boston, Massachusetts shortly after his birth and his father’s Honorable Discharge from the Marine Corps. Mr. Stokes and his family resided in Boston until they moved to Memphis, Tennessee when he began his primary education. Mr. Stokes graduated from Christian Brothers High School. Mr. Stokes then obtained an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, and he also studied Italian and architecture abroad in Urbino, Italy. Mr. Stokes then attended law school in Nashville at Vanderbilt University and graduated in 2006. While in law school Mr. Stokes worked and clerked for the Law Offices of James A.
