Additionally, as a first-generation immigrant, born to American educated Nigerian microbiology professor father and Nigerian pharmacist mother, who were both working in America on employment-based visas, she got to experience first hand the good fortune of United States citizenship by virtue of her birth in this country. However, her youngest brother was not so lucky and was born after her family relocated back to Nigeria and it took him 16 long years from the onset of his application to become a U.S. Green Card holder although his entire family had all become United States citizens. To say that it was a long, painful and frustrating journey would be an understatement. This was the catalyst that led her to her quest of helping other individuals, families and businesses on their journey of immigrating and living the American dream by providing effective legal counsel and direction in making that dream a reality..
