Troy P. Domina focuses his practice on both civil and commercial litigation. In addition to his legal education, he brings a 12 year wealth of knowledge from the residential construction industry. During this period, he developed an expert grasp of industry trades, held several contracting licenses and expanded his knowledge into commercial construction projects. He completed his undergraduate education with a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management, from Utah Valley University, by attending evening classes. I have lived in Las Vegas for over 40 years. I am a graduate of UNLV and have worked my way through college.  I am originally from a rural area and I apply my work ethic and moral ethic to obtain fairness and reasonable outcomes that my clients expect and deserve.  I am very open to my clients to be available as much as my court calendar and family allow.. Bryan A. Lindsey has significant experience representing both commercial and individual clients in all aspects of bankruptcy, restructuring, short sales, corporate matters and real estate transactions.  Mr. Lindsey’s practice includes representing individuals and corporations in Chapters 7 and 11, as well as real property transactions, restructuring workouts, short sales, commercial and real estate litigation and general corporate matters. Prior to joining The Schwartz Law Firm, Inc., and subsequently, Schwartz Flansburg, Mr. Lindsey’s practice focused on the purchase, sale and leasing of real property, real estate finance, corporate transactions and general contract law. While in law school, Mr. Lindsey served as Nevada Law Editor for the Nevada Law Journal, earned four CALI awards and served as a legal extern in the Office of United States Senator Harry Reid.  Prior to law school, Mr. Lindsey earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and worked in the accounting center of a Fortune 500 company.  Mr. Lindsey is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada.
