Prior to moving to Nevada, I practiced law in New Mexico.  I have been a licensed attorney since 1999.  I started my career as a prosecutor.  After almost five years as an Assistant District Attorney, I joined my husband's law practice where I handled all of the family law matters, some personal injury cases and an occasional civil litigation or criminal defense case.  I love helping people.. I love spending time with my beautiful family.  I didn't understand what a gift children are until I had my own.  I also love animals, especially our four-legged friends.. If I have any time to spare, I enjoy working out and seeing a good comedy.

While in law school, Michael focused on classes taught by adjunct professors who are active practitioners in the community—with an emphasis on legal writing and trial advocacy. This includes classes taught by District Attorney Steve Wolfson and esteemed retired Federal Judge Philip Pro.. Michael’s style is considered aggressive but reasonable.  But, Michael also has the ability to settle cases outside of court, when the terms are right.. Michael has exceptional client satisfaction as his clients know he is looking out for their best interest, and they appreciate Michael’s candid advice.
