It was during this time, he gained invaluable knowledge and experience representing less fortunate individuals against major insurance companies. He further honed his skills as a litigator and gained a reputation as a tenacious negotiator.. In 2003, Mr. Harris joined his current partner, Heather E. Harris, and another lawyer to form Harris Injury Lawyers before forming his current firm. Mr. Harris has successfully resolved hundreds of personal injury cases in Nevada. Mr. Harris is a sustaining member in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum which recognizes outstanding achievements of trial lawyers throughout the nation.. Mr. Harris is an active member of the Utah State Bar, Nevada State Bar, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Utah Trial Lawyers Association, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association (Board of Governors from 2005 to present), and Clark County Bar Association. He enjoys running, traveling and spending time with his wife Heather (also a lawyer) and his new born son William.

Born and raised in southern California.  Came to Las Vegas to attend law school at UNLV in 2010 and have called it home ever since.  Bought a fixer-upper and enjoy DIY projects in my spare time.  My wife and I have four children together. Ani Biesiada is a senior associate at Hanratty Law Group. She practices personal injury law exclusively.. Ms. Biesiada graduated in 2016 from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While in law school, Ms. Biesiada served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Nancy L. Allf and as a judicial extern to the Hon. Joanna S. Kishner, each in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Additionally, Ms. Biesiada served as the President of the Saltman Dispute Resolution Society, which is the student organization that works closely with, and mirrors the mission of, the nationally and internationally renowned Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution. In addition, Ms. Biesiada participated in the 24th Annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition in New York, one of the nation’s preeminent moot court competitions.. Before law school, Ms. Biesiada worked in digital media at some of the largest Las Vegas media groups, including iHeartRadio and local CBS affiliate, 8 News Now.
