Greg has been practicing law in Nevada since 2008 and in California since 2010. Throughout his career, Greg has worked at both large and small law firms in Nevada and California, including one of California’s premier estate planning firms, and in the estate planning department of one of Nevada’s largest law firms. Greg previously operated his own estate planning practice, and most recently worked as a legal director for Charles Schwab Trust Company in Nevada, where he advised Schwab’s trust administration team and worked with attorneys across the country to draft various types of trusts for their clients. Greg has also worked as a law clerk for the claim legal group of a national insurance company, as a tax intern for one of the “Big 4” accounting firms, and spent several years as general counsel and a general manager for several family-owned businesses.. Greg graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in 2004. He received his Master of Accountancy (MAcc) in Tax from the Marriott School at Brigham Young University in 2005. After completing his undergraduate and graduate studies at Brigham Young University, Greg enrolled in law school at University of California Hastings College of the Law, where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, with an emphasis in tax. Greg passed the Florida Certified Public Accountant exam and became a CPA in 2005 (currently inactive status), and was admitted to practice law in both Nevada (2008) and California (2010).. Greg served a two-year church service mission to Santiago, Chile, where he learned to speak Spanish fluently. Greg has been married to his wife, Natalie, for nearly two decades, and they are the parents of two sons. Greg enjoys serving in his church, playing pickle ball and most of all, spending time with his family.
