McKenna Sullivan obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, McKenna was a Public Interest Fellow. She also volunteered at the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada. Her practice consists of real property matters and civil/business litigation.. McKenna earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where she attended on an athletic and academic scholarship. Throughout her undergraduate degree she played D1 soccer for the university.. Outside of work, McKenna prefers to spend time with her family, running, or playing soccer. She considers herself a “foodie” and is constantly trying new restaurants in town.
Matthew was born and raised in Natchitoches, Louisiana. He graduated from Louisiana State University on May 15, 1989 with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. He enrolled at Mississippi College School of Law in August of 1989. Matthew completed an Oil & Gas law program in the summer of 1990 at Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas then transferred to the University of Denver College of Law in the fall of 1990, where he obtained his Juris Doctor Degree on August 14, 1992.. Matthew moved to Las Vegas after graduating law school and sat for the State bar exam in July of 1993. He received his Nevada license to practice law on October 4, 1993. Matthew began his career as an attorney in the summer of 1994 when he joined the firm of David Stoebling and Associates. Matthew worked for the firm 18 months in the area of personal injury litigation and also started that firm's bankruptcy department. In the spring of 1996 at the age of 29, Matthew co-founded the firm of Aaron & Paternoster, Ltd., with his partner, Glenn Paternoster. The firm’s focus was in the area of consumer bankruptcy and personal injury. Within four short years the firm had seven offices in two states (Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada, and Sacramento, Bakersfield, Chico, Redding and Eureka, California) and was representing more clients on an annual basis than any firm in Nevada. In the year of 2000 the firm decided to divest itself of all offices except for one, so that it could focus solely on injured victims in Las Vegas. At the end of 2014 Matthew founded Aaron Law Group, LLC where he currently provides unmatched legal representation for every type of injured victim throughout the Las Vegas valley.. Over the years Matthew has achieved impressive results for his personal injury clients and has been recognized acccordingly, recieving many pretigeous awrds. He has been a certified member of both the Million-Dollar Advocates forum and the Multi-Million-Dollar Advocates forum for over ten years. He was an American Trial LAwyers Association Top 100 Lawyer for both 2008 and 2009. He was an American Society of Legal Advocates Top 100 Ltigation Lawyer for 2013 and a Rues' Ratings Best Attorneys of America for 2015.. Matthew is married with 2 sons and a 3 year-old daughter. His passion is camping, fishing, and related outdoor pursuits. He is a voracious reader of all things history and science. The family enjoys European travel when they can find the time.

Matt is the managing partner of Claggett & Sykes Law Firm. Matt graduated from high school in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. After high school, Matt enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. Matt served four years in the Marine Corps infantry and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.. After his service ended, Matt moved to Las Vegas and completed his undergraduate education at College of Southern Nevada and University of Phoenix, graduating with a degree in Business Marketing.. Matt graduated magna cum laude from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law (2012). While attending Boyd, Matt was a member of the Society of Advocates moot court team. In his second year of law school, Matt began his employment at Claggett & Sykes Law Firm as a law clerk. After passing the bar exam, Matt was hired by Claggett & Sykes Law Firm as an associate attorney. Matt is now a partner at Claggett & Sykes Law Firm and oversees the firm's legal writing and research department.
