Kyle A. Ewing is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group. He has previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable James C. Mahan in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. As a law clerk, he drafted orders and bench memoranda, prepared materials for hearings and trials, and performed legal research. In law school, he was the recipient of the Weldon B. Kory Kaplan is a Las Vegas native whose practice areas include complex civil litigation, business litigation, and personal injury. Kaden also spent two years away from his formal studies living in Tokyo, Japan where he learned to effectively communicate, lead, and persuade, and where he also became fluent in Japanese..
