After 45+ years of helping people resolve their problems, dilemmas, and obstacles to success and/or contentment, I am ready to retire. Consequently, I'm not taking new clients as of 01-Nov-2021. To all I was able to help, I thank you for your trust and, of course, your money. To the few I was unable to help, I'm truly sorry that the best I could do wasn't enough to get what you sought. I retire with many memories and emotions, some that give me pride and satisfaction, a few that I'd like to forget. I wish I could retire with as much pride in the legal profession as I had when I started but, unfortunately, the past decade has shown me too many lawyers whose character and motivation have convinced me that it's high time to get out. I refuse to sell my soul, my integrity, and my honor, and I decline to participate in an arena where the highest honors go not to those who achieve justice but to those who garner the most fees. Good bye and good luck.
