Jeff also represents individuals in criminal and juvenile matters, where he regularly handles cases involving driving under the influence (DUI), possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia, the unlawful use of a driver’s license (Fake ID), minors consuming, purchasing, or possessing alcohol (MIP/MIC), and other misdemeanor and traffic violations.. Mr. Heiman serves as the City Attorney for Lecompton, Kansas and the City Prosecutor for Eudora, Kansas.. Jeff graduated with the Highest Distinction from the University of Kansas School of Business in 1999 and earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2002. He was admitted to practice law in Kansas in 2002. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Heiman served as a research attorney for the Honorable Lee A. Johnson, who then, was a Judge on the Kansas Court of Appeals.
