My partner, Mike Stang, and I have been handling workers' compensation claims for more than 20 years each. We both started as defense attorneys representing insurance carriers and employers. This provides us with better insight into the analysis and approach used by the other side and how to defeat them.. We recognize the frustrations and doubts that arise when a work-related injury occurs. It is very important to us personally that our clients have a full understanding of the process and what can be achieved. More than this, however, we work hard to gain the trust of our clients that we will do everything possible to secure the medical treatment and disability benefits they rightfully deserve. We truly care about our clients and want them to know this both by how they are treated throughout the claims process and through the results we can achieve for them.
