Her work at the family law facilitator's office in California expanded her knowledge in providing support services for pro se clients seeking restraining orders, child custody, child support, and modification and enforcement of court orders.  Her work at Whittier Law School she supervised and counseled with many disabled clients seeking services and compliance with IDEA, Office for Civil Rights and Office of Education compliance complaints. Since the inception of TARP, she has helped many homeowners obtain loan modification, short sale, and complaints with Office of Comptroller.. She enjoys learning and expanding her knowledge.  Her dream one day is to attend medical school. Her talents and interests include crochet, piano, voice, art, cooking, reading, and travel and triathlon training. Her father's passion for automobiles transferred to her. She has interest in DIY restoration of vehicles and attends local car shows.

Mr. Thayer has substantial litigation experience in civil and criminal litigation involving fraud, embezzlement, and complex financial transactions.  He has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in product liability cases, fidelity bond matters, insurance fraud cases, SEC matters, and other similar types of cases.. He was one of the Plaintiffs’ Class Counsel in an eight million member class action lawsuit against Prudential Insurance Co. in the matter entitled In re: The Prudential Insurance Company of America Sales Practices Litigation, in a federal multi-district case in Newark, NJ.

Dale Ellsworth is the founder and managing member of Ellsworth Law Firm, PLLC. His practice areas include: estate planning, family law, guardianship and conservatorships, and Medicaid planning.. Dale earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in International Relations. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2012. After graduating from J. Reuben Clark Law School, I served as a law clerk for three judges in the Sixth District and Juvenile Courts.
