My practice is limited to the areas of Elder Law, Special Needs Planning and Estate Planning, with over 30 years experience with aging and disability issues. Mr. Stephens serves as Managing Attorney of the Jurist Law Group, PLLC, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He specializes in Elder Law, Estate Planning, VA, Medicaid, and Long-Term Care Planning. Mr. Stephens is an Accredited Attorney with the Veterans Administration specializing in Aid and Attendance Benefits for Senior Wartime Veterans and their surviving spouses.. Mr. Stephens is a native of Conway, Arkansas and graduated from Harvard University in 1984 with the degree of Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Economics where he served as Co-Captain of the Harvard Track Team. He received his Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1988 where he was a member of the Arkansas Law Review and served as National Student Officer of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.
