Richard has represented clients in the United States Supreme Court all the way down to local small claims court. He started as a street lawyer in Memphis, Tennessee. He returned to his hometown in Arkansas in 2005 where he has worked for Taylor King Law ever since.. Laura Beth York is a nataive of Conway, Arkansas.  She obtained her undergraduate degree at Hendrix College in Conway in 2001, and went on to graduate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 2001.

I started practicing law in 1982.. Starting the first day I began practicing law, I’ve been asked:  “What’s your success rate?”  Tough question?  Not really.  My success rate is far above most.  And its all about one thing:  Preparation.  Preparation makes a bad lawyer good, a good lawyer great and a great lawyer greater.  I been the lead attorney on cases that have been in the national news:  United States v. Kelvin Meeks was featured on the television magazine Hardcopy.. I fight hard for my clients…never too hard, there’s no such thing. For over 30 years, I have battled with law enforcement officers, only to turn around and represent them when they are in trouble.   And I do it within the bounds of the law and in a professional manner.  (Although I might have gone too far when I was quoted in the newspaper as saying, “There’s a criminal element in the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department”.  And then there was the time I represented the first female sergeant with the North Little Rock Police Department. She was charged with perjury and that was later dismissed.  Afterwards, when I sued the police department in federal court I was quoted as saying, “She’s gonna own a fleet of police cars when this is over.”).

Brad Hendricks has a family tradition of dedication to the law.  His father was also an attorney in Little Rock, and a former circuit judge in Pulaski County.. Brad has worked for many years as a trial attorney almost exclusively handling medical malpractice cases.  His practice focuses on representing children with cerebral palsy or other birth injuries caused by obstetric or pediatric malpractice.  Several of the cases he has settled or won at trial have been reported in a number of legal publications.. In 1980, the State of Arkansas called upon Brad Hendricks to bring the prison system into compliance with legal standards.  The Director of the Arkansas Department of Correction vested in him the responsibility and authority to do so.  This involved numerous issues in an eleven year lawsuit, which was successfully concluded in 1982.  In 1981, Brad was named Employee of the Year by the Department of Correction in recognition of his success in reforming the state's prisons.  He investigated and corrected problems with security, brutality, racism, inmate discipline, and over one hundred medical, legal and administrative issues.  Brad also served as Assistant Warden of the penitentiary at Wrightsville, AR.. Brad has served as an expert witness in the federal litigation which challenged conditions of confinement in the state prisons of Oklahoma, and in similar litigation in three separate Arkansas cases involving county jails.. Brad concentrates his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and management of litigation and claims.
