Mr. Goble previously worked for Utah's largest criminal defense firm as a public defender before leaving to work with one of Salt Lake City's oldest and best general civil litigation law firms. Mr. Goble then founded his own practice specializing in litigation. In cases involving criminal, contract property and probate cases has tried over 100 criminal defense trials, and more than 20 civil cases to Utah juries and many times that amount in bench trials to judges. Mr. Goble served as the former Chairman of the Utah State Bar's Criminal Section and former President of Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and former President of Utah Northern Utah Bar Section. He was formally recognized by his peers with an award for "Distinguished Contribution To Justice" involving working together with other defense attorneys and a district attorney to correct a serious systematic problem with one of Utah's law enforcement agencies. He was also previously recognized as Utah's top 40 attorneys under 40, American Society of Legal Advocates and he and his firm--Byington & Goble have been voted by the community as the Best of Northern Utah in catergories of Law Firm, Criminal Defense lawyer and Estate Law (2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024). Drew focuses his practice in the areas of real property, estate planning, and business and corporate matters, including litigation in each of these areas. Drew attended Utah State University, obtaining a degree with honors in Business and Finance. Drew also graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law, located in Moscow, Idaho, prior to being admitted to practice in Utah and returning to practice in Park City, Utah. After living and working in Park City for several years, Drew and his family decided to return to his native Logan, Utah. Since that time, Drew has become licensed to practice in Idaho, and enjoys practicing and assisting clients in both states.. In his free time, Drew likes to spend time with his wife and three kids. He is an avid skier, fly-fisher, and golfer. In addition, he loves to watch any and all sports and can often be found attending various Utah professional sports team games.
