Mohammed O. Badwan represents consumers in claims pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other consumer protection statutes. Mr. Badwan also handles complex consumer and business bankruptcy matters in federal bankruptcy court. Mr. Badwan is currently the Managing Attorney of the Consumer Rights Litigation Department at Sulaiman Law Group, Ltd. To date, he has handled over 1000 consumer bankruptcies from inception to completion and has handled hundreds of federal consumer rights cases. Mr. Badwan is a frequent speaker at national seminars for his knowledge and background in consumer rights advocacy, including the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). Marlene E. Siedlarz received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law. She also holds a degree in Political Science, cum laude and with high departmental distinction from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  While obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Ms. Siedlarz also received minors in History and Women’s Studies. While in law school at the University of Illinois College of Law, Ms. Siedlarz served as the vice president of the International Law Society and was a member of the Myra Bradwell Association of Women Law Students. She also participated in the Prisoners' Rights Research Project and was a teaching assistant for the International Human Rights Clinic during her final year of law school. Marlene also served as 1L orientation leader and as LLM peer adviser. She was the recipient of numerous honors and awards, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award during her second year. Ms. Siedlarz was also a volunteer and is a certified counselor for the Rape Crisis Services, a not-for-profit organization addressing the needs of assaulted individuals. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Siedlarz joined an international consulting firm of Deloitte & Touche, LLP as a tax consultant. She practiced in the area of inter-state taxation. While at Deloitte, Marlene also worked with members of other groups including the Sales and Use Tax group. She was also involved in a number of projects with the Creative Tax Solutions group, where she worked on a project creating state tax incentives for small business. Marlene was also a member of the Diversity and Mentoring Committees.  Following Deloitte, Marlene completed research projects with the Center for International Human Rights at the Northwestern University School of Law. At the Center, Marlene provided pro bono assistance to low income and vulnerable populations. She was involved in a number of high profile cases, such as Zheng v. Gonzales, which was covered by the New York Times. Marlene was also part of a group that won asylum for a young Iraqi woman seeking refuge in the United States. Marlene also worked with LLM students and participated in a project on amending the U.S. Criminal Code. Since 2007 Ms. Siedlarz has been practicing in the area of matrimonial law, representing clients in all aspects of family law, including dissolution of marriage proceedings, custody, child support, orders of protection, division of marital assets, post and pre nuptial agreements, grandparents’ visitation rights as well as maintenance and division of retirement accounts.  She is a compassionate attorney who takes time to get to know her clients on a personal basis in order to achieve the best possible outcome in their cases.  Attorney Marlene Siedlarz is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and she also speaks fluent Polish.

Jessica Wollwage-Rymut graduated from Northwestern University in 2007 with a degree in Political Science. After working for a year at a commercial real estate firm, Jessica was offered admission to the Chicago-Kent College of Law Honors Scholar Program. As an Honors Scholar, Jessica and her classmates enjoyed many unique opportunities, including working with to create online tutorials for victims of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault.. During law school, Jessica interned at the Chicago-Kent Taxpayer clinic helping taxpayers prepare returns and negotiate with the Internal Revenue Service. She also volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with CASA of DuPage County, Inc.. Since completing law school, Jessica has focused her practice on family law, estate planning, guardianship, and estate administration matters. Her areas of experience include minor and adult guardianship, probate, adoption, divorce, parentage, maintenance, child support, child custody (allocation of parental responsibilities), visitation (parenting time), and post-decree matters.. David G. Sigale has counseled and represented corporate and individual clients in Chicagoland and the United States. He practices general and appellate litigation with a focus in Gun Law, Civil Rights, Business Litigation and General Tort.. David G. Sigale made history as co-counsel in the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case McDonald v. City of Chicago in June, 2010, which struck down Chicago's home handgun ban and protected Second Amendment rights across the United States.  He was also co-counsel in the cases of Ezell v. Chicago (striking down Chicago’s range ban) and Moore v. Madigan (striking down Illinois’ ban on carrying firearms). Currently in Culp v. Madigan, he is challenging the Illinois non-resident CCL ban. Cheryl Kamide was licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois in November 2019 and joined A. Traub & Associates soon thereafter. Cheryl graduated as a James Scholar from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in 2016 with a double degree in Psychology and Spanish. During her time at the University of Illinois she studied abroad in Spain, completing her Spanish degree abroad and tutoring adults and children in English. After graduation, Cheryl attended the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.. During law school, Cheryl achieved the Dean’s List all six semesters of attendance. She was a licensed 711 student attorney in the Pro Bono Clinic where she was able to gain experience handling diverse legal issues. Cheryl served on the Moot Court Honors Council as well. During law school, Cheryl gained experience by clerking in a real estate law practice in downtown Chicago for two years. She worked with developers, first-time home buyers, and corporations/LLCs to efficiently consummate real estate transactions. Cheryl graduated Cum Laude in 2019 from the John Marshall Law School..
