Please note that I am no longer with the Denver based law firm Fuicelli & Lee and opened my own law practice Cash Injury Law, in early 2023, which proudly serves Northern Colorado with convenient locations in Longmont and Loveland.. I understand how overwhelming life feels after a car crash and I know how intimidating it is to meet with a lawyer. I am not the stereotypical personal injury attorney some people think of, I am known to be down-to-earth and good-hearted but I also don't mess around and am a passionate advocate for my clients. I enjoy getting to know all of my clients on a personal level and know my cases inside and out which makes all the difference at time of settlement or trial to maximize your recovery. I limit my case load so I can provide every client the individual attention their case deserves. I personally handle your case from start to finish. I always provide a free, no pressure, consultation to anyone injured due to another person's negligence.. I have been an attorney for over 20 years. I began my legal career in 2001 as a former prosecutor for Jefferson County where I took over 50 cases to trial in the 6 1/2 years I was there. I then spent over 11 years at a Denver personal injury law firm before deciding to open my own law practice in early 2023. I am a 2022 inductee into the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum after a hard-fought jury trial in 2022 resulting in a settlement of $3,000,000. Fewer than 1% of U.S. attorneys are members.. All injury cases are offered on a contingency fee basis which means no retainer or upfront attorney fees are ever owed. Attorney fees are paid out of the final settlement or judgment.

I have practiced in Boulder County for thirty-five (35) years, and have served as a mediator for twenty-five (25) years. I have appeared before the Court thousands of times, and have served as a mediator in more than a thousand cases. But this experience has convinced me that the last choice in any family law matter should be to turn the decision over to the Court. Although judges are hard-working and well-meaning, trying their best to enter just verdicts, they are mere mortals nonetheless. Despite their best efforts, they often enter awards that do not seem “fair” to either of the litigants. Thus, I encourage my clients to take all reasonable efforts to negotiate a mutually agreeable resolution of their case that relieves them of the anxiety, hostility, and substantial legal costs associated with taking a matter all the way to trial. However, if a reasonable settlement cannot be negotiated, I am experienced, willing and able to present my client's case to the Court with persuasion and conviction.
I concentrate my practice in the areas of estate, gift and income tax law and the law of wills, trusts and estates. I provide complex estate, gift and income tax planning for an expanding personal client base; create wills, trusts, documents of incorporation, partnership agreements and limited liability company operating agreements; counsel clients in estate administration and guardianship matters. I also represent clients before City/County Circuit Courts, District Courts and Courts of Appeal regarding estate administration matters.

Client Review: Todd Stoneman is a class act through and through. From day one when I spoke to him on the phone regarding my case, he was extremely compassionate, patient, and empathic. None of my questions seemed ridiculous or a waste of his time - none of my fears or concerns were considered frivilous or unjustified. Todd made himself available whenever I needed to speak with him and proved his knowledge of the legal and court system time after time. He went out of his way to learn about me, to give me advice on what I should do, and to speak openly and emotionally on my behalf. Every time I spoke with Todd, I felt better and more confident about how things would turn out.. Todd is professional (though not without a touch of appropriate humor) and generous, working with me to make sure my needs to taken care of. I never felt like just another client to him - he definitely gave the impression that he honestly cared about my situation. And it showed in his work. His dedication is commendable; there was even one court appearance when he dragged himself from Longmont to Boulder despite a terrible cold that had him shaking with chills - he still made it there!. I would highly recommend Todd Stoneman to anyone needing high quality legal counsel or representation. While I hope to never need his services again, I would return to him for assistance without hesitation if it came to it.. Thank you Todd for all your help!
