He earned his B.A. in 2003 from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), where he graduated with high honors, ranking high amongst his class. He then received his J.D. in 2007 from Loyola Law School, where he ranked in the top third of his class. Daniel is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts of California, and California Superior Court. Daniel serves as managing partner of the firm's litigation department.
