Currently, Mr. Vokshori spends his free time assisting low-income tenants fight against illegal evictions and unlawful detainer actions – a troubling corollary of the subprime mortgage foreclosure crisis.  He also dedicates time to volunteer at Public Counsel's Consumer Law and Debtor Assistance Projects in providing advice and counsel to debtors that are filing for bankruptcy without an attorney.
