Sam M. Patel focuses primarily on real estate transactions, real estate related litigation, and general civil litigation. After completing his undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University, Sam continued his education to graduate with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2003. Prior to his entry into private practice, Sam served as a student law clerk to the Chief Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Pennsylvania. In addition to practicing law, Sam has served as an adjunct professor of law at the Liberty University School of Law, where he taught Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Land Use and Zoning, and Lawyering Skills. Sam also serves as Chairman of the Board for Freedom 4/24.

Andrew P. Connors is an experienced business and intellectual property law attorney. He has represented clients in both state and federal court in the Commonwealth of Virginia, including before the Supreme Court of Virginia.  Super Lawyers Magazine named him a Rising Star in Virginia ten years in a row, from 2012-2022. Virginia Business Magazine has also named him a member of its "Legal Elite" in intellectual property law. He is presently on the Board of Governors for the Virginia State Bar Litigation Section. He is also a barrister in the Ted Dalton Inn of Court in Roanoke, Virginia. He previously served as the Vice President of the Montgomery-Radford Bar Association. Before practice, he clerked for two years for Judge William G. Petty at the Court of Appeals of Virginia. In law school, he won several moot court awards and was on the editorial board of the Liberty University Law Review.In addition to his practice, Mr. Connors is a law professor at Liberty University School of Law, where he teaches courses in intellectual property, trademarks, legal research and writing, and mediation. He is also the director of the Intellectual Property Clinic at the school.
