At Draper Woldseth PLLC we have combined 40+ years experience in creditor/debtor litigation.  Our office focuses our practice on on representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcy actions, collection, debt defense, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) claims, and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) claims.. Since becoming an attorney I have focused my practice on representing creditors in bankruptcy actions, collection, and defending consumers in collection actions.  I strive to ensure that my client's rights are acknowledged, protected, and enforced.  I am admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Washington.. While at Willamette University I was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity and varsity baseball team, where I was a 4 year letterman and 1st team all-conference 2nd baseman my junior year.  These days, I enjoy running and fishing in my free time, as well as doing yardwork and gardening.

As a proud member of the Latino/a and immigrant communities, Ms. Ramos Birch is a passionate and dedicated attorney and social justice advocate.  She has dedicated her life and professional career to defending the rights of underrepresented immigrants in the United States, especially women and children victims of human trafficking and domestic violence. She comes from a long family of immigrants and is very proud of her tri cultural (Mexican, Italian, and American) heritage.. Ms. Ramos Birch has deep roots here in the Pacific Northwest. She was born in Seattle, Washington, raised in the area, and graduated from the University of Washington in 2009. Her passion for defending the rights of underrepresented immigrants motivated her to go to law school and become an immigration attorney. In 2013, Ms. Ramos Birch received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she ultimately earned the Public Interest & Social Justice Law Certificate with an Emphasis in Immigration and Refugee Law. In December of 2013, she was admitted to the State Bar of California. Ms. Ramos Birch founded Ramos Immigration LLC in April of 2014, and has been a proudly representing immigrants in the greater Seattle area.

Anastasia is an Attorney at The Law Offices of Lance Fryrear.. In the past, Anastasia worked as an attorney with Dellino Law Group and David O Defense, externed at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, interned at the American Civil Liberties Union, and assisted criminal defense attorneys in the Seattle community with legal research and writing. While attending Seattle University School of Law, she was elected Vice Chair of the Seattle University Moot Court Board, an organization that helps students learn how to be trial attorneys.. Anastasia’s wide range of legal experience and her leadership role in the Seattle University Moot Court Board has honed her legal research, writing, and trial advocacy skills as well as her ability to interact with a wide variety of personalities. She gets to know each client personally in order to create a genuine and effective defense strategy, and then works diligently to implement it.

A Pacific Northwest native, I grew up on Whidbey Island before moving to Seattle to attend the University of Washington. I received my law degree magna cum laude from Vermont Law School and was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2011. Prior to joining Gillin Law Group, I was of counsel at Genesis Law Firm for three years and an associate at Purcell Legal & Mediation Services for two years. Prior to that, I was an Assistant City Attorney with the Seattle City Attorney’s Office for three years.
