Our office focuses our practice on on representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcy actions, collection, debt defense, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) claims, and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) claims.. Since becoming an attorney I have focused my practice on representing creditors in bankruptcy actions, collection, and defending consumers in collection actions. I strive to ensure that my client's rights are acknowledged, protected, and enforced. I am admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Washington.. While at Willamette University I was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity and varsity baseball team, where I was a 4 year letterman and 1st team all-conference 2nd baseman my junior year. These days, I enjoy running and fishing in my free time, as well as doing yardwork and gardening.
