Over the course of my legal career I have obtained experience in Immigration Law, Bankruptcy Law, and Divorce and Family Law. I recently switched practice areas and am now focusing on Commercial Litigation and Collections practice.

Mr. Seth A. Guess, a native Memphian, is a graduate of The University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where he served as the Associate Chief Justice of the Honor Council. Prior to joining Nahon, Saharovich and Trotz, Mr. Guess was an associate attorney at an immigration law firm. He is active in his church and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Brethen Basketball, Inc, a non-profit organization assisting the youth of Memphis. Mr. Guess practices in the Automobile and Workers’ Compensation Practice Groups.

Lynn Susser was a founding partner of Siskind Susser in 1994. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business in 1981, she spent eight years as the Merchandise Manager for a major U.S. manufacturer. She supervised the design and sales of $40 million worth of children’s clothing annually.

I studied Technical Writing in college and worked in publication before going to law school.
