Anthony Spinella is an experienced trial attorney with over 11 years of courtroom experience. Mr. Spinella has litigated more than 50 jury and court trials to verdict and has been successful in more than 95% of those cases. He is currently co-counsel representing plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit filed in federal court claiming that over 100 insurance companies have engaged in a concerted scheme to deny coverage for failing basement walls.. Mr. Spinella graduated from Providence College and attended the University of Connecticut School of Law where he was an Associate Editor of the Insurance Law Journal. After graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2003, he became a research clerk for the superior court judges in the State of Connecticut. Mr. Spinella became a Deputy Assistant States Attorney where he spent more than eleven years prosecuting and trying cases on behalf of the State of Connecticut, concluding his work as a Senior Assistant States Attorney. He served as a prosecutor assigned to the New Haven and Hartford Judicial Districts and went on to prosecute cases all over the state for the Statewide Prosecution Bureau of the Chief States Attorney's Office.. Mr. Spinella has experience in all criminal matters, including: drug trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, driving under the influence, larceny, kidnapping, assault, child pornography, computer crime, embezzlement, fraud, child abuse, motor vehicle violations and murder. He lives in Wethersfield where he coaches ice hockey and is a parishioner and lector at The Church of the Incarnation.

After graduating from Manchester High School in 1992, Jon earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Trinity College in Hartford in 1996. He went on to graduate from New England School of Law in Boston Cum Laude in 2001. Jon immediately joined the family law practice in Manchester. Jon represents individuals charged with serious felonies and misdemeanor crimes throughout the State of Connecticut and clients who have been seriously injured in accidents. Jon also represents clients in divorce, custody and child support matters as well as clients who have suffered civil rights violations. Jon has represented numerous clients faced with allegations of child abuse and neglect by the Department of Children and Families. In addition Jon has briefed and argued before the Connecticut Appellate Court and also the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City. Jon is a trial lawyer who has tried jury cases to verdict in state and federal court.  His practice is focused on criminal defense, personal injury litigation, civil rights violations, divorce and juvenile law.
