Born and raised in New Hampshire, I've been practicing since 1986 and joined the firm in 2006, becoming a partner in 2007.  As a native of New Hampshire, I'm very familiar with the local community.  In addition to a statewide New Hampshire practice in District, Family and Superior Courts, I am licensed in the United States District Court of New Hampshire, and have been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association since September of 1994.  I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Manchester NH Bar Association and the New Hampshire Association for Justice as well as being a certified Superior Court Mediator.  I concentrate my practice in Worker’s Compensation, Family Law, Personal Injury and Social Security Disability claims.  With his years of experience, I head the firm’s Family Law Department.  I will continue my commitment to offer quality legal services to provide clients prompt, courteous and aggressive, yet professional, representation, maintaining high standards to ensure each client receives the attention and representation their individual matter require and deserve.

While Attorney Schea specializes in many fields, she seeks to primarily focus on making a difference in the area of family law.. Attorney Schea graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology. While working towards her psychology degree, Attorney Schea worked as an undergraduate research assistant gaining experience from searching through court archives, analyzing data, and linking court cases to potential suspects. She also interned at the Florida Partners in Crisis Mental Health Advocacy Group. Attorney Michaila M. Oliveira is a graduate of the prestigious Daniel Webster Scholar program at the University of New Hampshire School of Law. During law school, Michaila served as a judicial intern with the New Hampshire Family Division in Manchester, a student attorney with the Consumer Protection and Civil Litigation Clinic, and an intern with her current firm. Michaila focuses her practice on all areas of personal injury law, particularly the civil representation of sexual assault survivors in claims against their abusers or the organizations which allowed the abuse to occur. She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire federal and state courts.. Anthony Spinella is an experienced trial attorney with over 11 years of courtroom experience. Mr. Spinella has litigated more than 50 jury and court trials to verdict and has been successful in more than 95% of those cases. He is currently co-counsel representing plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit filed in federal court claiming that over 100 insurance companies have engaged in a concerted scheme to deny coverage for failing basement walls..
