I value building long-term relationships with my clients and enjoy assisting new and existing businesses develop and grow.  I have many years of experience helping clients start new businesses, advising on corporate governance issues, and ensuring businesses have the opportunity to grow while avoiding unnecessary risks. In addition to my business development work, I assist clients with negotiating and drafting a full range of contracts, vendor agreements, franchise agreements, financing arrangements, loans, real estate purchases, and commercial leases.  I regularly utilize my extensive experience working in business litigation matters to help my estate and business planning clients avoid similar costly mistakes.
