I have briefed and argued many cases at the New Hampshire Supreme Court and in the appellate courts of New York.

I was president of the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NHACDL) for six years. I continue to serve on the Board of Directors for NHACDL. I also served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) for six years. I continue to serve NACDL as the Chair or Co-Chair of several NACDL committees.
