My legal career began long before I went to law school.  As a daughter of a prominent New Orleans litigator, I have been around the law my whole life.  I have worked for a law firm in one capacity or another since I was an intern in high school. After getting my bachelors at LSU, I went from a legal assistant and paralegal to an associate attorney in October, 2014. I began attending and assisting at trials in my teens, coming to understand the degree of preparation and attention to detail that marks me as a lawyer today.. In 2018, I expanded her practice to include Divorce and Family Law as well as simple Estate Planning. For my outstanding work in the Medical Malpractice arena, I have been recognized by the American Institute of Legal Advocates as a Rising Star in personal injury. I am a fierce and loyal advocate for my clients.  My true passion lies in helping those who need it the most.. In 2019, I opened my own practice with my father and mentor.  Its the honor of my career thus far.

Lauren Fajoni Bartlett has been an active member of the Florida bar since 2002, and she has been practicing law in Louisiana since 2003. Chip Wagar is a practicing attorney and award winning author who lives and practices in the New Orleans area.  He grew up in the Adirondacks region of upstate New York as the oldest of four children.  He attended the Austro-American Institute in Vienna and the City of London Polytechnic in London before graduating from the George Washington University in Washington, DC, in 1976.  After graduation from college, Chip came to New Orleans and attended the Tulane University School of Law, from which he graduated cum laude in 1979.  Chip has been a lawyer with a civil litigation practice ever since.  His practice now concentrates mainly in the areas of medical mallpractice, maritime law and products liabiity.  In 2011 his novel, An American in Vienna, was published to rave reviews.  He has a multi-state practice in all three areas.  He is married to Cheryl Nolan Wagar and has two adult children, William and Sarah, who also live in the New Orleans area.
