My name is Steven F. O’Meara, and I am an attorney who specializes in criminal defense matters. For over twenty-seven (27) years, I have had the privilege of serving clients in multiple criminal practice areas, and that experience means that I’m able to handle the difficulties and challenges of many different types of your legal problems.. I am a solo practitioner serving Delaware County and Chester County in Pennsylvania. I received my law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1992 with membership in the Alpha Phi Omega Honors Society. I’m a proud member of the Delaware County Bar Association, Delaware County Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and American Bar Association.. What I’ve learned over the years is that whether I am defending someone on a traffic citation or I am advocating against the death penalty in a homicide trial, the passion and dedication must be the same. If I do not set the same standard for every single client, then I failed to uphold my promise to provide the very best representation possible.
My name is Joe McIntosh. Thank you for taking your valuable time to learn a little more about myself, my practice, and what motivates me to excel as an Attorney at Law.. For over twenty years I’ve been practicing law encompassing a range of Family, Civil, and Criminal cases from negotiated settlements to full trials.. While I have earned several noteworthy academic credentials including two Masters of Law degrees as well as an MBA, the practical value of those achievements is assuring my clients are able to receive the full complement of legal Rights granted by the State of Pennsylvania and the United States Constitution.. And that is my motive, joy, and commitment…to use my insight, experience, credentials, and real-world court system knowledge to give my clients the benefit of every legal Right entitled and to provide that service with tact, speed, and unrelenting integrity.
My law practice is limited to the representation of individuals who suffer injury as a result of the negligence of another. I DO NOT represent insurance companies or big business. I represent people who need the help of a dedicated, compassionate and seasoned trial lawyer.
